In this new Savills film directed by Oskar Bård of HOBBY, we see a romantic exchange between a home and a soon to be homeowner. Titled ‘A Savills Love Story’, an awestruck house calls out for Holly, his most recent viewer, in a hopeless romantic fashion and proposes to her by asking for her hand in a property sales offer.

With various invested and hopeful onlookers watching the proposal play out, Holly decides to say yes and the next thing you know, the happy couple are showered with congratulations and applause. After all, she is being pursued by none other than “a house with a south facing garden and acres of space”. How could she say no? Ah, we love a good rom com.
