Sticker Studios filmmaker Luke Brookner has directed this new spot for Facebook and their Portal Go product. This intimate film focuses on two young siblings and their grandparents on a humorous video call on Halloween night, adding to the grounded and intimate nature of the clip. The family greet and interact with each other through the Portal Go video device, as the sisters try to scare their grandparents before a night of trick or treating. Much to their surprise, it’s their grandpa who provides the ultimate Halloween scare.

Titled ‘Never Grow Old’, the humorous and lighted hearted piece inspires us to hold onto the fun loving spirits we grew up with forever, so that we can then share it and engage with our loved ones on special occasions and celebrations like Halloween, but also even in more ordinary and everyday moments. The easygoing nature of it all, as well as the fun music composed by Yellow Boat Music, is a great way to showcase the Facebook created device too, showing that staying connected with each other is an uncomplicated and fun thing to do, much like child’s play.
