FEMALE SPORTS DIRECTORS AND THE ROAD TO THE FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP

The Lionesses captured the hearts and minds of a nation last Summer beating Germany at Wembley in the EUFA Women’s Euro 2022 final. The tournament was a huge success with large viewing figures and full stadiums, but more importantly it showed there is a place for women’s sport. The true legacy of the tournament will be that it gave hope and inspiration to women from around the globe that they can pursue a career in sports and be taken seriously.
